These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, software, messaging services, APIs, dashboards, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Draft To Send, operating from 1, 1st Floor, Lalani Building, Old Mondha, Nanded – 431604, India.
Draft To Send provides professional messaging, communication enablement, WhatsApp Official API facilitation, RCS messaging solutions, drafting, and business communication services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Definitions
- “Draft To Send”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Draft To Send.
- “User”, “You”, or “Client” refers to any individual or entity using the Services.
- “Services” means all messaging, drafting, WhatsApp API, RCS, consultation, platform access, and related offerings.
- “Meta” refers to Meta Platforms Inc., including WhatsApp Business Platform.
- “RCS” refers to Rich Communication Services enabled through telecom operators.
- “Content” includes messages, templates, drafts, text, data, files, media, and information transmitted using the Services.
- “Applicable Law” means all Indian laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines in force.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting information, signing up for messaging services, or using Draft To Send in any manner, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
- You accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Description of Services
Draft To Send provides:
- WhatsApp Official Business API onboarding and messaging support
- RCS messaging services
- Drafting, templating, and communication assistance
- Business messaging compliance guidance
- Platform-based messaging and delivery solutions
- Customer communication enablement tools
Draft To Send does not guarantee message delivery, approvals, or campaign performance, as these depend on third-party platforms such as Meta, telecom operators, and end-user devices.
Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized to act on behalf of a business entity (if applicable)
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
Draft To Send reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not meet eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
Certain Services require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify Draft To Send immediately of unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Send spam, fraud, misleading, or unlawful messages
- Violate Meta or RCS messaging policies
- Transmit harmful, obscene, defamatory, or prohibited content
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the Services for political, gambling, adult, or restricted content without approval
Draft To Send may suspend or terminate access for policy violations without prior notice.
Payment & Billing Terms
- Fees are charged as per agreed plans, proposals, or invoices
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change with prior notice
- Taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the User
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Subscription Renewal & Termination
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. Draft To Send reserves the right to:
- Suspend services for non-payment
- Terminate accounts for violations
- Discontinue Services with reasonable notice
Upon termination, access to Services and data may be restricted or deleted.
Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Users acknowledge that:
- WhatsApp and RCS services are governed by third-party policies
- Template approvals are subject to Meta and telecom operator discretion
- Draft To Send is not responsible for rejections, bans, or account limitations imposed by third parties
Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Message delivery depends on:
- Network availability
- User consent
- Platform compliance
- Device compatibility
Draft To Send does not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or response rates.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software, trademarks, logos, content, and materials belong to Draft To Send or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
Draft To Send will maintain confidentiality of user data and business information, except where disclosure is required by law or platform policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Draft To Send disclaims all warranties, including:

Limitation of Liability
